has solid hands-on experience with n8n understands AI agents / tool-calling / orchestration can quickly integrate APIs writes practical Python/JS thinks pragmatically (“vibe coding” mindset) has creative intuition
pacing rhythm music structure timing montage logic emotional impact of edits
“this cut feels wrong” and know how to fix it.
Ideal Candidate build systems, but think like a creator are comfortable in ambiguity enjoy solving non-obvious problems combine logic + taste shape outcomes, not just execute tasks
