I’m working on a senior search for a well-funded European Physical AI / robotics company building AI and humanoid systems for real-world physical work.

This is not a standard SaaS data role. The team is building the data foundation for robotics and ML at scale: massive video streams, telemetry, metadata, edge-device data, and training-ready datasets.

The company is operating in semi-stealth, already has teams in Munich and Limassol, and is now assembling its core engineering group.

Location priority: Limassol, Cyprus.
The main focus is on candidates already based in Cyprus or open to relocation to Cyprus.
Munich can also be considered for exceptional profiles.

- early-stage role with real architecture ownership
- work directly with leadership and ML teams
- build the platform before the team scales
- Physical AI / robotics domain, not another generic SaaS product
- large-scale data: video, telemetry, edge-device streams, ML datasets
- company backed by strong internal funding and top-tier investor interest

Strong fit:
- 5+ years in data platform engineering, ML infrastructure, or distributed systems
- high-volume data ingestion / streaming pipelines
- cloud-native storage, retrieval, indexing, and dataset infrastructure
- experience with robotics, autonomous systems, video streaming, gaming, or large-scale ML/LLM data pipelines is highly relevant
- strong English and international team experience

Format:
Full-time, permanent role.
Office / relocation to Limassol, Cyprus.
Compensation: EUR gross, discussed individually.
